By creating an account or using Sano Godam ("the service"), you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the business you register.
The service
Sano Godam is billing and inventory software. It helps you prepare invoices and keep records, but you remain responsible for the accuracy of your records and for meeting your tax and legal obligations, including VAT filing and any Inland Revenue Department requirements.
Accounts
- Keep your sign-in details safe. You're responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite to your business.
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Don't use the service for anything unlawful, or try to access other businesses' data or disrupt the service.
Trial, plans and payment
New businesses get a free trial. After that, a paid plan is needed to keep creating records. Plans are paid in advance and renew only when you pay again. If a subscription lapses, your data stays readable and exportable, but new records are blocked until you renew. Fees already paid aren't refundable except where the law requires.
Offline use
Records made offline are saved on your device until they sync. Data that never syncs (for example, if browser storage is cleared or a device is lost) can't be recovered by us. Connect regularly so your records reach the server.
Your data
You own the business data you enter. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but it's provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending use
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or leave fees unpaid, and we'll give notice where we reasonably can.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will post changes on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
